Order online
Payment We work together with Mollie, which arranges payments for web shops. You can think of them as an intermediary; they ensure that your money goes safely from your bank to our webshop. Because we outsource the payment process, you will see Mollie or Stg Mollie Payments on your bank statement.
Shipping We charge shipping costs depending on the location to which the package must be sent. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. Delivery can take approximately 5 to 10 working days.
Returns and Distance Selling Act You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
